# Accounts and progress

Fanmu supports more than one person.

## One account each

- Register your own account
- Each person has their own library and watch progress
- Nobody sees the other's list

The admin (from `db:seed`) can manage users.

## Progress follows the person

Zhang San is 12 minutes in. Li Si opens the same file and starts from zero.

Switching devices is fine too: watch on the phone, continue on the desktop, same account.

## Forgot password

Use "Forgot password" on the login page. If mail is not configured, ask the admin to reset it.

## Default account

Local `db:seed` creates:

**That password is public. Change it before the app faces the internet.**
